The Sofia District Prosecutor's Office continues the verification of whether document crimes have been committed before the Registration Agency related to the management of the association "Let's preserve coral".
On August 11 of last year, a pre-trial proceeding was initiated as to whether false information was submitted in a written message sent electronically by LB to the Registration Agency for the release of KP as a member of the Management Board of the association. It was stated that this happened at a meeting on May 6, 2021, the prosecutor's office announced. At the moment, 10 witnesses have been questioned during the investigation and a report has been requested from the Association "Let's Preserve Coral".
