Plugchieva: Everything is so disgusting. Scandalous facts come out not every day, but every hour - 1

"Especially in crisis conditions, experienced and competent people had to enter politics. Last year, from June, after 9-10 months, the state faced catastrophic results and we are again in elections. In the mutilated Constitution which remained as the product of this Parliament, you see in what an unusual situation a caretaker government was formed. I sincerely wanted to help, it turned out that I would not be able to, so I withdrew. I wish success to the caretaker government. It is important for all of us that normalcy comes to the country", said former Deputy Prime Minister for European Funds Meglena Plugchieva in the studio of "The Day ON AIR".

For Plugchieva, it is important that we all vote in the elections so that our country can return to the path of normality.

"Everything that is seen is so disgusting. Not every day, but every hour, scandalous facts come out - falsified documents, we inherited too many planted bombs. All this puts our country in an extremely unfavorable situation right before elections. Society needs to gather strength. We should all go to vote at the polls, not run away from them again in disgust. Let's all as a society wake up, draw our conclusions and return our country to the path of normal development", urged Plugchieva on Bulgaria ON AIR.

She is adamant that the scandals in which key institutions are involved damage the prestige of our country and this is reflected in a large-scale plan.

"We have one period in four years of political instability with these early elections that we went through. In the last year, these absurd and scandalous facts have been added to this, that in the most key institutions we have evidence and at least suspicions of organized crime. This undermines the prestige of our country. We are seen as a country that does not have the profile of a true member of the EU. How will Schengen happen? The Eurozone is shifting again. We will all suffer and this will have its reflection in economic and political terms", the former deputy prime minister pointed out.
